Despite anti-war promises, the US seems on the brink of another regime-change war, close to home with challenging geography, uncertain outcomes & regional risks
The objective may actually be to make Venezuela a failed state. It's not like the US Empire has not done it before.
The thing is, the Venezuelans KNOW this. They have a very integrated state that's tied to all sorts of local communes and militias and...I don't think they will allow their state to fail.
Those people kicked out their ruling class who were as happy to exploit their countrymen for a the Americans as their ancestors did for the Spanish. They will never accept their rule again.
The USA should stop putting its nose in other people's businesses and take care of its own people. A war with Venezuela will be a BIG loss of life to American soldiers. Venezuelan guerrilla groups are prepared and excellent fighters in the jungles, mountains, while Americans know, just like the IDF to use equipment. trump was just seen shaking hands and hugging the Indian Modi and they are the ones who send fentanyl to the US. Thousands of american families will lose their young because of a deranged lunatic that should be kept in a psychiatric facility for the dangerously insane.
